Pre-Bio Fibre contains two different types of fibre – psyllium husk and inulin – to provide intestinal bulk, as well as prebiotic nourishment that for essential bacterial flora in the intestines.
Psyllium husk bulks stools and therefore benefits food digestion by helping to transport excreted toxins out of the body in bowel movements. Inulin, on the other hand, actively feeds good bacteria by causing them to create short-chain fatty acids which help appetite control and body composition.

Storage Instructions: Store in a cool, dry place and out of reach of children.

Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement take at least30 minutes before a meal. Shake tub before use. Take 1-2 level scoops mixed with water once or twice daily(3-6g) and consume immediately. This should then be followed by a further glass of water.
We recommend starting with a low dose and building up gradually to suit the individual.
