Jessica Got Lean, Fit and Strong in 24 Weeks

Jessica wanted to learn about the training and diet that works best for her body.
She invested in her health with a 24-week transformation at Ultimate Performance (UP) and took away powerful lessons of exactly what she needs to do with her training and nutrition to get in amazing shape…and stay that way.
Now she has the lifelong knowledge of how to stay lean, fit and strong for the future after her transformation journey with UP.
“My overall health has improved dramatically, and I now feel like I have total control over how I look and how I feel," said Jessica, who is UP Hong Kong Central's Client of the Month winner.
“More than anything I have enjoyed every step of the journey.
“Challenging at times, but the reward is so worth it. You can’t put a price on health, and I feel healthier than ever.”
Jessica didn’t have piles of weight to lose, but she was able to cut her body fat down by a third and make striking changes to her body composition.
Before UP, she had worked with personal trainers before and thought she had a good knowledge of how to get in shape.
But she wasn’t progressing or getting the results that she wanted from all her training and dieting efforts.
“I thought that I had enough knowledge myself of training and eating well to get into good shape, become healthier and lose body fat, and that I didn’t need anyone to help me do it.
“I was already going to the gym and have always been into sport and training. I have also used personal trainers in the past and felt that I had probably picked up enough knowledge along the way to get me to where I wanted to be. I just needed to get on with it.
“But the truth is I was just plateauing the whole time. And I couldn’t have been more wrong!”
Her training and nutrition have been revolutionized working with UP.
Jess says she no longer goes through the motions at the gym, but trains with purpose, passion and intent to achieve the results she wants.
“I am no longer just going to the gym for the sake of going, but rather every session has a purpose of striving to be better in some way.
“Always trying to improve has become an enjoyable hobby as opposed to just training for the sake of doing some exercise.
“I feel like I am in better shape than I have ever been, which in turn is confidence boosting.”
Jessica has lost weight, cut body fat and looks and feels great after her 24-week transformation.
But the biggest benefit of doing her UP programme was the life-changing knowledge she has developed.
“The knowledge I have gained from my trainer Andy has been invaluable.
“From educating me on the right diet and supplements, to the correct form required when lifting weights has been priceless.
“Each and every session I learnt something new. And this is something that will stay with me forever.”
Looking to the future, what Jessica has learned about fat loss, training for body composition and the nutrition that works for her body will enable her to stay in shape and maintain her results.
“I understand far more now than I ever did about what training and diet works for me, and what I need to do in order to maintain my health and physique.
“I have learnt how to stay in control of my fitness and diet but still enjoy myself!
“I have a much better relationship with food. It’s not all about abstinence and denying yourself the foods you enjoy, the wine you like to drink, or lazy days on the sofa. You can have both!”
Seeing what she is capable and what she can achieve with a structured training and diet plan has lit a fire once again and provided all the motivation she needs to carry on improving and progressing in the gym.
“I have a thirst for it now.
“I want to keep going and keep improving, but I am confident in the fact that I am stronger and leaner than I have ever been.
“And I couldn’t have got there without UP and my amazing trainer Andy."
