Tips to lose fat and get lean: water before you eat

It may not be a scientific personal training gimmick or be “proven to increase fat loss” in some double blind research study, but the bottom line is that it fills you up, and really helps prevent the urge to overeat.

Drink one or two large glasses 10 minutes before you sit down to a meal, especially those dangerous to manoeuvre restaurant meals, and you will find yourself far better able to stick to your diet.

A word to the wise though, use this fat loss strategy sparingly and not right before a big protein meal as too much water can dilute your stomach acid making it harder to digest your food and absorb vital nutrients responsible for health, muscle building, and fat loss.
